Ian and Liz Newell, were fantastic. I booked a 5 day trip to Iceland for myself and my son this February. They sourced a great hotel, flights, airport transfers and two amazing trips for us. There was constant contact, delivered all the documentation to me by hand. Even checked on us while we away to see if we needed anything. They called me after the trip to get feedback and to make sure we enjoyed it and that everything went smoothy. (which it did) I throughly recommend them to anyone who wants the stress taken out of booking any holiday or city break. I will be using them for my next trip, just need to decide where I am going.

Corfu Holiday

We have recently enjoyed a fabulous week at Labranda Sandy beach hotel in Corfu which was booked by Liz and Ian Newell of Not Just Travel . They were amazing at organizing everything for us and we enjoyed a stress free, relaxed week by the beach. Will definitely use Liz and Ian again and recommend them to others.

Special 60th Birthday Trip
What a fabulous and memorable trip. From the moment I decided I wanted to spend my birthday in Africa, Liz Newell at Not Just Travel, was absolutely brilliant at putting together ideas/options, liaising with all parties, bespoke individual requests, checking in while away and special follow up on return. It made the whole experience stress free, with the added security that using a Travel Agent brings. If you are thinking of spoiling yourself and having someone arrange everything for you, then I cannot recommend them more highly. Will my friends and I use them again? Absolutely! Thank You Liz and Ian for my special African birthday memories. 🐘 🦒

In November 2019 myself and my Husband approached 'Not Just Travel' to arrange a Holiday to a Caribbean destination. We had always wanted to go to the Caribbean but have never managed to get round to it; and without really knowing where to go and which advise to take we felt it better we leave it the hands of the experts. Due to heavy working commitments and hardly ever having any spare time to arrange a trip; we left the finer details of what we wanted to expect of our Caribbean break away to Liz and Ian to sort out. Well they came up trumps!!!! A week must have passed when we received detailed agendas of three separate destinations including the obvious timings and also things to do whilst on the trips. We decided to choose 'The Grand Bahia Principe in Punta Cana' in the Dominican Republic. From relaxing in their Spa's to adrenaline filled water sports; this resort had it all and I can safely say with hand on heart - Liz and Ian pulled out all the stops. The Hotel had many restaurants to choose from and the accommodation was pristine. Homework from behind the scenes had obviously been executed extremely well and the whole experience received an 11 out of 10!!!! Smaller touches including luggage tags and a 'What To Do whilst in Dominican Republic' book helped seal the deal also. We will be definitely be booking through 'Not Just Travel' again. Thanks guys - Massive thumbs up.

Dear Ian and liz, I was going to write a personal message, but thought I would make it public to show how great you and your service Is, We thank you so much for arranging our amazing trip to New York, the hotel was amazing within a great location, transfers arranged and flights perfect. Always replied immediately in the build when I had questions about the holiday, including upgrades etc... Also come home to a congratulations card as they was aware of the proposal that was happening on the trip. We had the best time ever!! For a very competitive price. And your service was a* We would only use your services booking a trip away again.

What can I say about Ian and Liz. We were reluctant to get someone else involved in our holiday planning, but Ian and Liz have changed our minds about travel. Seriously, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. They take all the pressure off you and you can enjoy your time away and without any pressure sorting things out. Thank you for an amazing time.
